b. Murray has to decide what kind of taco and drink he wants. List all the
possible combinations of 1 shell, 1 filling, and 1 drink he can make from the
choices on the menu. (Do not include toppings.)
c. Do you think you have found all the possible combinations? Explain your
answer.
